During a placement, if your program uses standard or custom forms that need to be completed by Sites, you can distribute them when needed!
- Select Courses from your dashboard or left menu.
- On the Course Offerings page, find and select the course you’d like to manage.
- Expand the Learning Activities option on the left panel and select Review.
- Click on Forms/Evaluations Distribution from the left panel.
- You’ll then select from the following details.
a. Form you’d like to distribute
b. Recipients to include
c. Select students to distribute your form - The right panel will load all notifications. If you notice any missing recipients, click on the pencil icon.
- A drawer will open where you can select from clinicians added by the student, or site contacts. If no contacts appear, you can always add a preceptor on behalf of the student. Click Save once done.
- If there are any evaluators that should not receive the evaluation, click on the trash bin. Once you’re all set, click Compose Email.
- You’ll complete a three-step process to send out notifications. On the first step, review your recipient’s list. Click Next when ready.
a. Override recipient’s list: test this email by sending it to yourself
b. Reply to: if anyone responds to the email, the email listed will receive the response.
c. CC or blind copy any users
d. Attach any files as needed. - On the second step, use the standard template or build your own. Click Preview to move on to the next step.
- Decide if you’d like to send your emails instantly, or schedule them for a future date. Click Send or Schedule once done.
